this last week we were able to host a harvest party! we picked cucumbers, collard greens, chard, tomatoes, peppers, cauliflower, and several different herbs, we found recipes, and had a cook off. We invited friends and neighbors, it was an awesome evening, pictures will be posted soon.

there is so much growing in the garden. the teens harvest and then we cook.

Kanti, from worms.com, stopped by to help us make a worm hostel out of an old tool chest. the teens enjoyed working on the new worm beds and learned how to harvest an old one. hammers, nails and worms were in the hands of Chester teens and they loved it!

doudle digging

back in April the homework club teens came by and we began the process of doulbe digging the beds. they got dirty and then we ate.
